In this unique course you will delve in the world of tech- and entrepreneurship. Together we will travel across the North and attend stand-alone training opportunities on various topics within tech and entrepreneurship. You will learn about career development and education pathways and gain a better understanding of what business opportunities the tech industry contains.

Why is #TechElevateHER important right now?
In Scandinavia, we've made progress, but gender disparity in tech and entrepreneurship is still a stark reality. #TechElevateHER offers young women a pathway to challenge these statistics and shape a more equitable future. With physical sessions and digital lectures, it's an opportunity to build your own promising network.
In a world where Nordic nations are often praised for their progress in qualitative, perception-based measures, there's still a noticeable gap in the job markets. Men dominate most leadership and STEM roles, while women are often limited to support positions.
According to TechSverige, the representation of women in the tech industry stands at 30%, with merely 17% of tech companies led by female CEOs.
#TechElevateHER aims to tackle the widespread gender imbalance by offering an exciting platform for young women to venture into the exciting realms of technology and entrepreneurship. As we delve deeper into the nuances of these dynamic fields, our aim is to empower, educate, and inspire.
We believe that by inviting young women into the multifaceted world of technology and entrepreneurship, we can challenge these statistics and pave the way for a more equitable future.
